Put Your Talent to Work

The world of work is changing.

The power of employment used to reside in the hands of the employer.  But, with the inevitable demographic shift that is starting to occur and the upswing of our economy, the power of employment choice will return to the employee.  The stage has never been better set for people to be able to align how they make their living with what they love to do.

SSI’s goal is to continue to multiply by finding proven business people with skills to share and then providing them with the training, tools, resources and support to take those talents to the market place.  We have made a commitment to create repeatable processes that can be learned and implemented by others.  Our models for working together include:

  • Referral Source:  Give us a lead, will give you a piece of the action
  • Use our products and services to build your own practice
  • Associate:  Help us deliver our commitments to our clients
  • Employee:  For those who can help us grow the firm in a significant way

If you’re looking to leverage the years of experience with other businesses, perhaps there is a model that works for you.
