expertise in specific subject matter areas, superior presentation skills, and people who have the ability to recognize and develop additional business opportunities.
What does SSI look at when evaluating candidates?
Personal Attributes:
Embraces SSI's mission, values, and basic beliefs. Interested in self-development and inspiring others to change and grow. Likes working with ideas and quickly grasps new ones. Is "quick on their feet"; manages the environment and dynamics of a group by handling ambiguity, showing flexibility, and reacting appropriately to unanticipated responses or issues. Listens closely and articulates ideas; is a good communicator. Has the right balance of facilitation/presentation skills and relevant work/life experience. Creates and maintains strong partnerships with others. Acts as both facilitator and consultant. Has enthusiasm for their work.
