Register for a C.L.E. Course

You may register for any of our Continuing Legal Education Courses by calling our office toll-free at 800-815-0185 or you may download our online Registration Form which is in Adobe Acrobat pdf format.  You may then fax the downloaded form to the fax number at the top of the form, or, if you can convert the completed form back into pdf format, you may email it to the address at the bottom of the form.

Please note that all completed forms and payment must be received in our office no later than 3 full business days prior to the day of the course.  This is necessary so that we have sufficient time for you to complete the Questionnaire, and for us to obtain your completed Birkman Questionnaire, have it printed out and bound.  You will need to have this for the class.

Once you have registered, you will have to complete the Birkman Questionnaire no later than 3 business days prior to the day of the course.  When your registration and payment are received, you will be emailed a link to take the Questionnaire.
