In 1990, Connie left her position in Employee Development with the Dupont Company to found a consulting practice, Strategic Solutions International, Inc. His expertise in the capital markets allowed him to lead large teams in the global fixed income securities trading and institutional sales areas of those institutions. He has served as a Board Member for The Bond Market Association and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. He is also a former President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
