The SSI coaching process is situation-driven. While the coach often determines the situational components he or she works on with the executive, the process we employ ensures our solutions are designed for real individual and organizational impact, creating exceptional leaders who are capable of producing extraordinary results. Our process includes:
  • Selecting the right SSI coach for the executive.
  • Assessing the leader, including a keen perspective of:
    • Understanding who the executive is.
    • Understanding how the executive is performing.
  • The coach interacting with the executive and his or her superiors, peers and subordinates, including shadowing.
  • The executive fully understanding what he or she needs to change to improve performance.

Executive Coaching

SSI coaches executives on personal leadership factors, as well as on how to best use their unique personal profile information to improve their workforce and workplace performance.
Since there is a direct correlation between turnover and the relationships with the "boss," heightening the awareness of the person in charge can often contribute to deeper understanding and improved communication/relationships, which leads to employee retention.

Team Manager Coaching

SSI works with team managers to help them understand how to bring out the best in each of their people. The manager as team coach then sustains the improved team dynamics through coaching both the individuals and the team.

Motivation is directly linked to performance in business. If the majority of a manager’s time is spent dealing with interpersonal conflict that is related to the dynamics of people working together, motivation will likely be low, as will productivity. Reducing or minimizing these conflicts and distractions allows management to focus on the business at hand in a more enjoyable environment.
